[Resolved]  Recron Synthetics Limited — Demat of physical shares

I am holding 100 shares of the subject company in physical form. When submitted for converting into demat form I was informed that the company has merged with Reliance. Kindly inform me the details regarding no. of shares under the new merged company now available and the procedure of obtaining the same.
