Problem was regarding poor signal and Problem started from 24th september, but initially complaint was not filed. OUR SMART CARD NUMBER IS[protected]. The set to was automatically switching off, so complained to CC on 7th March 2012. After calling many times they changed the box by paying Rs500.But the changed box had the problem of hanging.I contacted them around 20 times to change the box.But the stupid Reliance have not ready to solve the problem.I am suffering last 5 months.
