Regarding Pack Activation

I recharged my Sun Direct Set Top box for 3 months with a recharge of 477 (Including Tax) as mentioned on their website as well as Sun Direct App, after that Once I connected with Customer Care they said This recharge is Invalid, we can activate your pack for a month but we can't activate it for 3 months, then I said in that case return my Money to my account. As I recharged Online so it won't be difficult for them to return. But they denied....

Regarding two time payment on same smart card number

Hi,
I had recharged the smart card number [protected] on 2nd March for 241.5 rupees (1 month). But that time payment is processing upto 1 day. So I decided to recharge one more time for the same smart card number. I recharged 239 rupees again by dth dealer on 7:34 am. The payment which I made on 2nd March is on processing stage today 4.30 pm. After that I received a message from that recharge was successful. I need a clarification...

Online booked amount Rs 1499 not returned for sun direct dish connection

Address: T1, VR builders blossom 2, Mel Ayanampakkam, Chennai-600095

I had booked new sun direct connection for amount Rs 1499 through online.
Person came from sun direct and checked cable line.. Informed that concealed cable for dish not available. Once installed then inform me for installation. I will cancel the booked connection and come collect the amount by hand for dish connection told by Vadivel [protected].
After installation of dish cable, I called him for dish installation and taken...

Money deducted from paytm wallet but recharge not done yet

Address: Chennai

I made a recharge of 260 rs on sun direct app (source of money - Paytm wallet). 260 deducted from my Paytm wallet and error shown in sun direct app... Money got deducted but recharge not done ...

Refund from my sun direct wallet is not processed.

I have requested the refund for my amount (Rs.500) from my sun direct wallet to my bank account. They have debited the amount from my sun direct wallet but it's not sent to my bank account. I have submitted all the proofs they required but they don't respond properly. Kindly help me on this.

My refund request is pending for 5 months

I have requested the refund for my amount (Rs.500) from my sun direct wallet to my bank account. They have debited the amount from my sun direct wallet but it's not sent to my bank account. I have submitted all the proofs they required but they don't respond properly. Kindly help me on this....

Recharge not successful

I Recharged For Sun Direct, Hd Tamil Gold Pack For 271 rs the amount got transacted but it shows transaction failed, if possible refund the amount...

Wrong recharge refund

I have done a wrong subscription recharge mistakenly... So now I need refund for that... But if I ask customer they days it's not possible...

Sun Direct App Transaction Failed, but money Deducted

Smart card Number = [protected]

I tried to recharge my Sun direct account with Telugu Gold Pack for 6 months at a price of 1489 rupees, I have done transaction with my mobile from my UPI Id to sun direct, but after the money deduction the transaction has failed in the Sun Direct App

I had recharged my dth twice

I brother recharged my dth through paytm but it shows pending so I recharged through phonepay it was sucessful after that paytm through recharge also sucessful so I want a solution for this...

Recharged the same sundirect DTH number twice.

I have recharged my neighbours sun direct number. The same sundirect DTH number recharged twice by mistake. I have recharged through Paytm, then it showed me that your recharge is under processing. Then I get back from the page and refreshed it. After that it showed me the recharge option pay to the same number. I thought that the payment was failed so that it showing again to pay. So I recharged the same number. But in both cases the amount...

Amount deducted from bank but transaction failed in sundirect app

I recharged my sundirect with Telugu base pack 1249/- through sundirect mobile app via UPI. The transaction in UPI is successful and amount is deducted from bank but the transaction is displayed failed in sundirect mobile app. I raised a complaint through customer care as well. Please resolve this as soon as possible....

Add on channel activation issue

I have added two channels on[protected]discovery, gemini comedy), one channel(hungama) on[protected].Today 24-7-23 I have renewed by base pack(MY FTA), added STAR MAA HD. But previous add-on channels i.e, Hungama, discovery, gemini comedy stopped, they are not activated called customer care more than 5 times, talked to backend team.No one solving issue, saying will be activateed in 15min, 2hours, but not getting...

Money deducted but recharge failed

I tried to recharge my account with 345 Rs. for HD Kannada Gold Pack through PhonePe on Sundirect App. The transaction on PhonePe was successful but the Sundirect app is showing "Transaction failed".

Please help me asap.
