Loss of 800+ minutes. Very poor customer service.
I had paid for 800+ minutes in December of 2023. Did not use any of it, until now wanting to use it. Contacted customer service by chat. The first person said there was no balance in the account! Then, no response after that.
2nd chat:
Simply responded that reason given in 1st chat and no further response.
This is a rip off outfit that steals your money.

Account balance shows 0 even after automated payment deducted money
Reliance Global call Support team,
I am unable to make any calls over the last 2 days. Automated payment did deduct the monthly fee but account balance shows 0.
I have tried more than 100 times to reach customer support over phone. Nobody picked up the call.
This is the worst customer support I have come across till date. Please return my money immediately.

Fraud at reliance global call
Customer service,
Due to inability of reliance global call to protect their systems, someone has hacked into my account, and have made fradulent calls that reliance's systems were unable to catch.
Calls were made from same number at same time to different destinations. How is that even possible?
I called customer service number and the "supervisor" said they can't do anything since called from number is my registered #.
Please look at the attached transaction history, and please provide refund to my account in the amount o[censored]s$ 42.88
My pinless dialing and auto recharge has been disabled, and would like to know when i can enable that after my refund gets processed.
Please let me know when the refund will be processed, else i will be forced to complaint in bbb in us and launch a formal criminal investigation using my lawyers in india.
Thank you and hope to get the resolution fast.

Calls were made from SAME NUMBER at SAME TIME to DIFFERENT destinations. How is that even possible?
Look at the example highlighted calls in the attachment, they are made at same time and also other calls overlap each other.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company called me over period of 48 to 56 hours to tell me someone will call me within 24 hours.
Although I am now able to login as the account has been re-activated, I have not tried to call anyone yet.
Also I am now being asked to use PIN Full dialling, which is now an ADDED INCONVENIENCE for the elderly who use it to dial back home.
Closing the issue for now although NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the resolution and compensation provided.

So the issue started on March 3rd. After multiple frustrated calls, finally I got email on March 12 stating my account is now reactivated and refunded for fradulent calls.
But still no word on any compensation for inconvenience caused and expensive phone calls I had to make to India within this time.

I will close this issue now.

Application does not work- network charged
Reliance has horrible customer service and a real rubbish application. This year on 3 occasions the reliance app has showed the call being routed through the local dialer but instead my At&T network was being used. This has caused me $157 from AT&T for 2 calls last week and about $67 in February of 2014.
I sent them my bills in February on their email ID after the representative i spoke to on the phone said i should send my statements to them and they would take care of it.
8 months since then, nothing has happened. Their email id wont receive emails anymore.
Upon submitting a customer service request online for last week's issue, the customer service representatives Mustafa and his senior Sunil said that they could not do anything to help me. This is clearly a shortcoming from reliance. Mustafa still attempted to help. Sunil on the other hand was not helpful at all.
Reliance is a completely useless service.

Reliance — recharge not updated
my mobile no [protected] i recieved a call &message from no [protected] to get my mobile recharged by rs 125 in order to get lifetime validity . now when i got it recharged they are not updating it to lifetime validity. i still have that message regarding scheme . if no action taken i will go to the consumer firm.please do sort my probleom

I have recharged with Reliance Global Call for Rs 300.00 (Rupees Three Hundred only ) on 15th Nov 2012 and till date my recharge has not been updated. I have snet complaint by mail to customercare of Reliance Global call and informed them that I had received and SMS and also a mail (from the credit card company Kotak Mahindra Bank (VISA) that the amount has been paid into Relaince infocomm account on 15th Nov 2012. I had called their toll free line and complained thrice, they have said every time that the amount will be re-credited into my Credit Card account in an hour. Till date neither has my account recharged nor has the money paid by credit card refunded.
For a company like Reliance Infocomm this is quite embarrassing and hope yourselves will take upon this complaint and do the needful.

I have had a reliance account to make international calls for about 4 years now. I was living then in the United States. I have now moved to Belgium, and have no use for this account.
