It is observed that my balance money is being deducted for last few day.It also happened sometimes ago when i called the customer care executive and settled the purpose, which he said was some auto activation of any package without my knowledge.Then I had requested not to activate any type of packages without my permission in future. I am a 399/- customer when i make call any Smart no. after 59 min 57 sec my call was drop autometicaly And by mistake has locked my mobile phone. There is requirement of PUK 2 code. Plz. issue me my call drop problem and puk 2 code as soon as possible.

i bought Reliance smart GSM sim on 26nov08 for using GPRS
in my laptop but after calling to customer care i got dissapointed.
after receiving setting twice GPRS is not working.i have NOKIA 6233 mobile. plz help me.

1> i call any reliance no. in std to my friend or in my home i can't listen the ringer of there mobile. this is not my handset problem, the sim problem.

2>network problem is in built problem of reliance as u all know...

3>as of Airtel or other company please give some full talk time offer and std offer..
