I have purchased the Puma shoes from Reliance footwear Haldwani but within a week the shoes is tired from side.
then I have send it back to Reliance footwear Haldwani for refund my money but they were saying that it will be repaired but cannot be exchang or I don't want to buy this shoes I want another shoes so please help me [protected]...

This mail is regarding the product ladies heels which I had purchased from your reliance store, patia, bhubaneswar on 9th September, 2023. Merely after trying the heels for few minutes, the skin of the heels got torn . When enquired about this issue in the located store, the product got exchanged. It is to be further stated that when the exchanged product got used on 11th September for few 2-3 hours, the heels upper skin again got damaged....
