I bought shoes and shocks from Reliance Trends Footwear, Chandkheda Branch, Ahmedabad on 11-Dec-2022. My purchase was worth INR 3047/- and I have paid it through Paytm, which went successfully from my end but billing guys said it not showing in his system. Then he called his manager. Manager came and said amount will be reversed showing one paper receipt. He said you will get your money back in your account within 48 Hrs. He asked me to pay again with different mode. Then I paid 3047/- with my debit card. Now it is been 96 HRs, but no sign of money reversal yet. I have called the manager and he said he is working on it. But I am not sure, if I will get my money back or not. Need help. I have original bill and bank statement with me. Was this information helpful? |
