I took a loan in 2005.. I was paying my emi on time but in 2007 some citi fiance agent came and said we will settle your loan u just need to pay 50% of your reamaing instalments so i paid the 50%.. And now in 2019 they are called for recovery from kotak mahindra bank saying kotak n citi fiance are mergre bank so u need to pay the remaing loan.. Sir i have openend an account in your bank. Your representative told me that it is an zero balance account and every month when ever my balance go below 10000rs your bank deduct 300rs This has happemed wid me 15 times I have complaint about this in your beawar (Rajasthan) branch They teold me that they will solve my problem but nothing has happened Please solve my problem and please refund me my money back...
