I ordered a Christmas Hamper on 15 Nov 2020 to be delivered to a relative in Spain on Fri 11 Dec - It has still not been delivered!

I have visited their multiple websites (such as http://www.hampersnationwide.com/ AND http://www.rightflorist.com/) to submit enquires, complaints and request a refund.

They have not responded!!!

I tried calling their advertised numbers, but no one answered.

These guys are a scam. They don't deliver the flowers. They deliver it late and ask you for extra money. I had ordered cashew1 kg. The cover was cut and resealed. The quantity of cashew was 250 gms less. When i complained about it to their customer service they say every thing is right. These guys are not even ready to register the complaint and investigate about it. Very unprofessional and unethical company. Never order through these guys....

Hi, This is totally a fake company running in all over the world. Money is paid and your product not getting delivered at all. They don't even give the confirmation of your order or anything. That's why payment method is through credit card only. http://www.rightflorist.com/...
