Ticket was booked thru paytm. Bus got breakdown and cancelled in middle of the journey. Bus operators didnt arrange any alternate bus also. They lied to everyone that backup bus will be coming soon. We waited for almost 2 hours and relaized they are just cheating us.
When contacted paytm, they said that refund was declined by bus operator. Please take action against these cheaters.

This is worst response when we suffering in between the journey at the time of 1 am.. Nearly 5 hours we suffering in the middle of forest higways area. Many small and and senior citizens were suffered a lot.

Still there is no solution and we are still waiting for response from the respective travels. (Rkk travels). I had worst customer experience in this travels. I have attached the travels detailed images bus no. Tn 22 df...

Bus was mentioned as volvo semisleeper. But my seat was damaged and i was unable to convert my seat into a semisleeper one so i have to sit straight for my whole journey from nagercoil to chennai. And seats are much dirty.in addition it doesn't seems like a volvo bus as suspension was too worst. They charged 1700rs which seems to be much higher for this kind of worst maintenance and bus condition. Also they cheated by post ing it as volvo...
