I had booked a Flat with RNA Builders (NG), NG Suncity, Phase 3, Thakur Village, Kandivlili (E) on 02nd August and told to complete registration and related formalities within 2 months. I got my loan approved from LIC and applied for registration on 15th Sep 09 and paid the necessary amount. I had purchased a Flat from RNA Builders (NG) N.G. Paradise in August'08 and got possession on 08th April09 with pending (punch list) work. Its around 22 Items are not completed.
And I have done the all (like VAT, Society Maintenance etc) payment in Feb'09.
In June'09, I got the Electric meter from the Reliance Energy. The meter is installed by Builder Name.
