RNA is a fraud company .. please beware of its projects .. ne of its projects in kandivali is horrible & they hav not givn possesion as the buildin is illegal ...please chk the documents before investing in rna

I went to see the property of RNA builders in Chembur. I was told that one has to take a deduction of 30% on super built up to arrive at the carpet area . When I went to see the flat I was not convinced as the flat appeared much smaller than what the builder claimed . After doing my calculation from the floor Plan it was apparent that the actual carpet area was around 58% only . That means an actual reduction of 42% !! .This fact was hidden by the salesman and it is quite likely that a normal person will not realise this unless he gets closer to this fact.
On confronting the salesman he admitted my findings as some area which are not uasable eg flower bed area, some wastage area was considered with the overall area. This is nothing but duping customers. I think all customers should note this fact before making deals with such builders. Imagine paying almost twice the price for the livable area !!

same is the case of RNA GRand Plaza in Navi mumbai, when the project was launched the Slaes man was asking for 60 lakhs black money . and the Size of 2BHK super buildup they are saying its 1299 sq ft but when i asked about how that no came they started laughing and said people come to to buy not to question . Another fraud is they say that carpet is 700 sq ft when i asked them to mention in the agreement they simply said its 500 sq ft which will be aritten as rera carpet : what i observed that simply to get the High no of floors actual carpet thy have shown is les to get the OC they have used false side walls, and made cupboard in the Main room, which they removed after getting the OC and extended the rooms, however still the area as carpet we are getting is less than 600 sq ft . RNA NG is a fraud builder do not buy anything from them
Hi everyone, I have met personally Mr Narendra Gupta of RNA, he seems to be a straight forward person, I am 60 years old and explained him my situation of being a widow and that i have booked a flat at thakur village and that my son will be getting the money by next month, he immediately on listening this not only waived interest but instructed his people to take care of my any needs.
I personally suggest you must see him so that he atleast knows what your problems are and whether the problems are by his staff people. I was touched by this gesture and have nice impression about RNA.

Even I was charged an interest of 400000/- and to top that there are no comitted facility
RNA Builders N.G — REFUGE AREA
Out of the 12 buildings, built by RNA (NG) in kandivali there is no refugee Area in any of the Building I Agree that builders can not take care of buildings later on and flat owners should form society for maintainence of buildings.
You will appreciate that our rates have appreciated by more than double in last three years, As i can see it we should only invest with builders who can appreciate our money and maintainence can be taken care of by us flat owners.
I have booked two more flats with RNA N.G. in last six months where again my money is appreciated by more than 50%.
I am very happy with RNA NG builders and hope to book more flats once i have surplus money to invest.

The project is illegal as there is no refugee area in any of the 10 buildings. the full govt system is corrupt and nobody is taking any action against the builder.
have booked a flat in rna continental, chembur paid 95% of the total costs as balance 5% was on possession agreement was signed on august 2011 and acccordingly stamp duty and registration money was paid, today even after 5 years that is june 2017 i have not got a single reply when i will be handed over possesion of my flat have been in touch both personally and in email and phone calls to the managers of rna but no reply,
