I used to think they were a clean "organic" natural brand. They aim to be organic but they've provided self certification(lol). The sales staff Roshani/Sarah, is absolutely crass, uncouth. She's so rude. Dismisses customers outright instead of listening to them. She even tells you on your face that don't visit the store ever again. We have multiple customers who love our "so called" brand. Such attitude and brazenness for what? Horrible experience....

I had bought some of their beauty products from the Versova outlet (Roots to Roses), and experienced unpleasant textures and applications. They claim to be organic and tested but I have my 100% doubts. The woman selling it also is very ignorant about the uses and applications. The products have done no good, instead only harm. Their face washes burn, the hair oil is stickier than grease that doesn't go from the hands unless you wash 10 times....
