Its Fraud Company they take money and give such a pathethic service that you feel like you are trapped. Cyber Crime should look in this and stop such fruadster. They asked for the money for whatsapp account when you pay them they create delivery reports which says it delivered and actually it does not get delivered. they staff is super rude and not helpful at all. When you complain they always blame us than dont reply.

You are completely fraud. After Payment Noone response from your side.You are wasting customer time. I applied for for message(5lakh) & DLT after paying 40k your team not responding anythig. Not receive customer care number also.

I have buy 100000 Message from round SMS Services. When I send the message no one is getting message infect in that data I have added my own 3 to 4 number but message not delivered. When I ask report they have send me with all the messages showing Delivered. Fake report only money weaste. Don't take any services from round sms.

Round SMS is Fraud company, first they ask to pay less amount for their services and after making payment they start ignoring and their employees always keep saying your work is in process we'll get back to you as soon as possible and if they short of service again they ask to pay saying that it's company's rule. Their employees named Ruban and Abhi made me fool in such situations and I have wasted my INR 1500 according to their words which they are not following anymore after paying them. So it's my request to blacklist or abandoned the company

I work as digital marketer in Mumbai. I have been told to provide advance payment to Roundsms for bulk sms marketing, they shared the invoice of 8, 000rs i have given 4000 advance the moment they received money they stopped contacting me, calling me later to give more money as they wil do the marketing now and not returning my 4000rs

I have paid amount for 1Lk WhatsApp msg campaign, and I told them to send few msgs initially, and I gave them the CONTACT details including mine... Next day when I asked the sales person (Satyajith) told they have sent the msgs.
But none of the CONTACTs received the WhatsApp message, including me!
The company is not sending any WhatsApp msgs, and just keep on telling me we have sent, pls check the panel, we have given new user id, pls check like those ### explanations! And the CUSTOMER support is horrible! If this is not going to work or they not giving the refund, I'm going to their office directly and filing a proper CYBER CRIME complaints against them for sure!

Roundsms.com is the big cheater. Dont Waste your money. They will not send submitted bulk sms, If we give complaint they create ticket and will message you ticket is resolved. But they will do nothing. My Opinion Dont waste your money, K R. Madhu. Kuber Shoppe, Delhi

Their Sales Executive, Manisha is mainly culprit in this, who took money and Claimed Good Service in Voice and SMS. However the Company and Executive is Completely doing Fraud.
They are taking Money, Credits are Deducting, but SMS are not delivering

Round sms marekting solutions assured whatsapp marketing to 10000 whatsapp customers for my business and charged me for the same. The database of 10000 numbers was provided by them. They asked me to carry a trial on 2 of my numbers. I did and messages were received. However, when i again tried a couple of times, i did not receive the message. Then after they are not taking our all they are not responding to our email also. we have paid 14K please help us to get the product or get the refund.
