fraud case /money debited from account for no reason

Address: 560100

I bought dining table, side table and shoe rack through royal oak, electronic city showroom.
Dining table turned out to be very bad and defective.
Hence i requested for a return.
All the product was on consumer durable loan.
I went to the showroom personally and paid off for the remaining two furniture and requested them to cancel the loan
They agreed but now i get a message from hdfc saying that the...
