I have tried to apply for rrb secunderabad ntpc notification 2019 on 31/3/2019 and i didn't complete all stages of exam form due to server down issues but exam fees of rupees 500 has been debited from my account, please refund amount of exam fees paid.

sir, I Applied RRB-Junior Engineer (IT) post in sec' bad(Zone), Mumbai(Zone). So due to payemt of 100/- rupees in each RRB zone . I got registration numbers also with successfull payment. But know my application is rejected due to the duplicate it in. But when i am applying it has been taken the money and generated the registered number.
