Dear sir,
This is to draw your attention to a bitter experience that i have recently gone through while booking at hotel vinayak, ranthambhore run by rtdc. First on 26 july 2018 i tried to book a family room online. Though inr 4700 was debited from my account and credited to rtdc account (Ebsrajasthantourismd) no booking id has been generated.
I immediately contacted with rtdc through email but did not receive any reply....

This has reference to my mail sent on 27 Jan 2011 and your telephonic
conversation the undersigned had with Mr.Ashwin. I got the valuation
of the ring done in Poona and also in Mumbai, and I have discovered
from both the places that you have overcharged me for the same. The
stone fell off from the casing on the very third day, I had informed
Mr Ashok when taking delivery and he assured me that nothing willbr...

I Had Booked a Hotel Teej Jaipur online from RTDC Site for 27, 28 Dec 2010 and paid an amount of Rs.4400/- from my SBI Credit Card. Due to some reasons I planned to cancelled the booking and the same was done by me on 25 Dec 2010. I Got an receiptfor Rs.2200/-as refund amount shown on the site. But till date I had not received the Amount of Rs.2200/- or any. I had also contacted telephonnically as well as send many E mailsto them but...
