[Resolved] RTDC — non payment of refund for cancellation of hotel booked online

I Had Booked a Hotel Teej Jaipur online from RTDC Site for 27, 28 Dec 2010 and paid an amount of Rs.4400/- from my SBI Credit Card. Due to some reasons I planned to cancelled the booking and the same was done by me on 25 Dec 2010. I Got an receiptfor Rs.2200/-as refund amount shown on the site. But till date I had not received the Amount of Rs.2200/- or any. I had also contacted telephonnically as well as send many E mailsto them but My hard earned money is not refunded by them Till Date

RTDC is good on advertising... Worst on service. They are cheating the guest. They are taking more money on season time, having no justification. Most of the hotels of RTDC don't have TV recharged, Geyser don't works in most of the rooms. Most of the rooms are dirty and not maintained. No facility of room service. You have to go to Restaurant and have a cup of tea. Management will pass time on the name of service. So many good hotels are available this price in the respective places...
