We bought a 5 stage unique + purifier form Rubicon Services on 2/12/2013 the company is ISO CERTIFIED 9001: 2008, invoice cum receipt no 500309 they have promised 5years service only 2/12/2013 to 01/12/2018 in the very same invoice now after one year of service they are no providing the service we have called them many time & they are not ready to provide service....

The Company representative (J P Yadav) signed Service annual maintenance contract for Servicing our Water Purifier for 3 years on 26-10-13 for Replacement of new Carbon block and Filter once in a year and UV lamp once in 3 years free of cost as a part of AMC and Servicing the purifier as and when we call. I had taken an annual maintenance contract through ur company vide Sr no. 220617 dated :19/04/2013 .for servicing of my Kent RO water purifier. the technician visited our premises and told me UV lamp is not working when i asked him to replace it he stated it is not covered under AMC to my surprise when i had taken the AMC i was told there will be 2candle + 1carbon + 1UV lamp which is covered under the AMC.

This is a complaint for rubicon services jogeshwari.

I had taken a three years serviceing contract with Rubicon. the representative took the contract amount and said he'll be returing with the replacement part for the water filter Zero B RO. thr contract was done in June 2011 and till date the person did not come nor they offered any kind of servicing.

Since around one month we are calling rubicon services for servicing our purifier.
Despite of giving them a contract,we are receiving 0% of service.
There is no proper response of our phone calls.
Their contract states that they woul call after every 3 months but, we have never received any cal.




I request you to please look into the matter and refund my payment of contract with compensation....

these people didn't visit single time after taking advance of Rs.850/-as annual maintanance contract fees & promised to visit atleast 3 times as their servicing of AQUAFRESH model water purifier,& in...

i had taken Annual Maintainance Services from Rubicon Services for three years contracts but the services given by them is very poor and not regular as per contract they assured me that they provide me three servicing visit but in this year after calling them also not given services so i advises all the customer not to take AMC from this company the company is big cheater...

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a R.O Water Purifier (one and half year back) along with a maintenance contract from Rubicon Services. They also claimed that they are the authorized distributors of Kent R.O water purifier. They had assured me of great service and i had opted for a 5year maintenance contract which will come into operator after my one year warranty period.

But, they never came to do the regular service...

The worst ever services that i have got is from RUBICON Services at jogeshwari "(W) my micro wave is not working i called them in the month of december and after makeing numerours calls at customer services there person came to repairs .. and he changed the PCB and again now in the month of feburary its gone fautly i called them on 13.03.2010 the customer services is rubbish no manner who to speak and ignore what the customer is speaking...

I have purchased A Water purifier form Rubicon for Rs. 6990/- on[protected]. For which they have deducted tax for Rs. 873/-. Entered into a written comprehensive service contract on 10th June'09 for 5 years for INNOVA water purifier.
As per contract, they are to give quarterly service as well attend the complaint of malfunctioning,breakdown etc..
