I want to lodge a complaint against a bus conductor of BMTC bus number 500 Q (Bus Details: KA 57 F-1549) running between Tin factory & J P Park last stop. This incident occurred on 03 November 2014 from 6.20PM to 7.10 PM. I board bus at kasturinagar with 2 friends, bus was not much crowded.
