My luggage bag wheel stopped working

Dear Sir or Madam,
REFERENCE: Big bazaar [protected] - Safari luggage bag
I purchased a Safari luggage bag from Big bazaar. At the point of purchase I paid ₹3165.00.
The main issue is that the wheels are not working /rolling .
Within 2 years o[censored]sage the wheels of trolley are bent and the trolley doesn't moves while carrying any luggage.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with Big bazaar that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
As you are in breach of contract and I've owned the product since 12/12/2021, I am within my statutory rights to ask for it to be replaced.
I await confirmation that you will provide the remedy set out above within 14 days of the date of this letter.

Sir I purchased Safari bag NGAGE 77 on 22/5/22 full set of 3, My Bag having problem, not able to Drag or Pull my Bag. Bag Wheel are malfunction and not in proper dimension. Sir I had complaint and submitted all my purchased details. sir they approved and confirm via mail that my replacement is been dispatched on 6th April 24. But TIl date i haven't received Bag. On continuous follow up with mail and Phone call they didn't have proper Answer weather they have sent or misplaced the bag. Every time i call them they Evade saying they will look into this and solve in 7 days. I never get proper answer. Even the warehouse, S V chain nor the transport have any clue on this. Sir Do needful as soon as possible as i am leaving for Haj for and i need that bag before 25th May i have complaint regarding this since February

Manufacturing Defect /No Response from Customer care

I purchased a Safari Pergo Deluxe 4W 79 Bag from Station Canteen, Agra on 08th Nov 2023. I travelled on the same day to Mumbai and returned back to agra on 12th Nov 2023. I was unable to push or pull the bag with the help of wheels as one of the wheels was damaged or not aligned properly. The Other wheels are also not properly set and due to this manufacturing defect I had to suffer and had to carry the Bag in my hands which was very tiring and exhausting.
On 15th Nov 2023 I received a mail that exchange request is accepted and will be done within 4-5 days.
Today is 30th Nov 2023 and nothing is done even after so many mails and calls. These guys are just sitting there and not even replying the mails and also put the calls on hold and don't response.
Kindly help

Baggage not picked up and refund not initiated with worst customer service ever

From last week we are trying to return our bag and till today there is mo person came to pick up our trolly bag,
And now finally no response from customer service also from morning line is busy/ block us No idea.
Kindly have the bag picked up from your end by this weekend or escalate this issue to your management to do further things.
30min waiting on call and saying representative busy will attend shortly is 1st time in my life I’m hearing anyway waiting for your good response apart from this : Our working hours is from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm IST.
Really request you superior/MD to look into this if theyreally want to save this company longer.

I had purchased the bag from Amazon a set of 3 from that the biggest bags has broken into pieces...on Amazon the warranty written was of 5 years..since a long time I'm trying to register my warranty but they are just declining it i need a replacement for this bag as i haven't even used the bag and it has broken

Worst product trolley bag
Purchased bag from dmart and now they denied for service and as per customer care team of safari service centre is Ahmedabad which cost me almost same price as bag and my time waste. Request to look as lock got faulty in just a 10day

No replacement in spite of product in warranty.
I had purchased a bag it got damaged within 6 months when given a request for a replacement. your customer care is just trying to fool around.
they send a LR on 2nd May for dispatch to be done on 4th May. when tried to track the LR after 4th May. couldn't track it, so wrote to your customer care. they just pasted the same mail several times, making a fool of me. and after that, they stopped replying to my email
When tired on call the customer care on 18th May. they said it will be dispatched by 20th May. When I contact them today i.e. 22nd May. still, they don't have any update on the dispatch.
it's my humble request to please refund my money as I am fed up of following up

Poor Quality bag
I purchased three bags on[protected] before travelling to Canada. I trusted the brand Safari because of the Goodwill as i need good quality bags for long term use. 2 full sized and one small traveling bag. Both full sized bags are in good condition but the smaller one is really poor in quality. I faced a lot of problems as the tiers of the bag was not working and i had to carry the bag with stuff inside. And there are some holes on the bag which clearly shows that the clothing is also not good. I want a return or repair of that particular small bag as I need to travel to different cities for work purpose.
Try to solve this issue as soon as possible .

Safari backpack bag of model maze
I purchased a safari backpack bag of model maze of colour teal on 22nd October 2022 from naval base, Kochi. Within one week o[censored]se it's small compartment torn.
I registered a complaint in customercare of safari on 5th November through e-mail and my complaint ticket ID is 69175. On 7th November they mailed me that they need my name, contact number, photo of warranty card and invoice copy to register my complaint. On the same day I mailed all the details.
On 10th November i have received a mail from safari team where they mentioned that they forwarded the complaint to the concerned team and they will give a resolution in 2 working days. But I didn't get any resolution till now. Please do the needful.

I bought a bag a month back from online merchant. While I tried to register warranty on that bag through their website, they didn't recognizing the warranty information.

Harassment about canceling order
Dear Team,
I placed an oder with Safari Bags online on Cash on Delivery on Saturday 3.9.22 and since they didn't tell me about delivery date by Sunday morning I cancelled the order on Sunday morning 4.9.22 itself.
Now Safari company on Tuesday 6.9.22 says that they can't cancel order 13193 as I cancelled on Sunday and they don't work on Sunday.
I chose COD method and yet had the decency of informing them about cancellation to save the delivery guys from the hassle.

I bought a safari HAWK PLUS Lugguage bag in September 2017 with a five years warranty. But before the completion of 5 years, the handle and wheels of bag are broken. I request to company to do the needful as the bag is still under warranty. I have informed the Safari customer care by mail on 7th August -2022 ( because they don't pick up the phone ). I have sent them warranty card copy and pic of bag etc, but they are still insisting on to send them some factory printed stiched lable tag, which is not traceable/ available in the bag. They have wasted my 12 days like this. I don't know, how to avail my warranty now.

Both the zips of the bag are non functional ans since the bag is totally openable its is dependent on the zips entirely hence cannot use the bag at all

The brand claims to make bags out of sturdy material but the suitcase while trabelling for dented and during the same travel as a consequence got cracked from the same place. The suitcase is under 5 years warranty and promised an exchange if any unintentional damage occurs to the suitcase. Bad customer service
I got my bag last year, it is still in the warranty but the dealer asked me to contact company and did not change my bag and the company and the customer service department is has not responded to my emails and phone calls since last 25 days. I have tried doing everything but nothing worked out for me. First of all their bag was of poor quality so it was broken and they don’t even have the curtesy to respond to customers concerns.
I do not recommend any safari bags to anyone now. Very poor quality bags and zero after sales service.

Safari bags not claiming warranty with stamped warranty card

I bought Safari bag from Nation Handloom Ahmedabad in Oct 2020, the product has 5 years of warranty also they provided me stamped warranty card for authenticy.
Just after 2 years of rare usage the bag handle came out, its a sign of poor fabric & stiching quality. So I lodged complain at [protected]@safari.in. They did time pass for 20 days & after then they told me that you do not have invoice, you just have warranty card so they can't claim my warranty.
So I explained them that "national handloom is Dmart like super market, they invoices wipes out just after 10-15 days also if you return any single thing from your bulk invoice they took original invoice back"
But Safari team is not able to understand this thing.

I had bought a safari trolley bag 1-2 years back and now the trolley's wheels are broken. As my trolley is still in its warranty period, I tried to lodge a complaint to get help. I mailed to safari customer support along with all the documents required, around Feb, 2021 and I got reply around March, 2021 where they had mentioned that they will contatct me fureter regarding my issue.
I am writing this in Nov, 2021. Its been 6 months I have not received any update on this issue. I tried calling their customer care helpine, they hung up the call abruptly and blocked my number. This is the most pathetic customer service, I have ever encountered in my life.

Very bad service
I purchased 2 Safari suitcase from big Bazar, sahara mall, gurgaon.
1 is hard case, another is a soft type case.
problem with soft case is that there is no aiigment, cant stand properly, bag stiches are falling apart and customer guy is telling me it wont be covered under warranty
problem with hard case is one of the tyres was damaged, which clearly indicates the manufacturing defect, because if i would have mishandled the suitcase, impact should have felt by all 4 or minimum 2 tyres.

i am very much disappointed eith safari and their false promises.

Manufacturing Defect
I have purchased the Safari bag which is my biggest mistake of life. I have dropped an email to Customer Care about 3 months ago but there is still no resolution provided. I have been taking up the follow up on the email and complain number (Manufacturing defect_unbalanced safari bag [#SR089637] [#SR097261]) but still they are not ready to resolve the issue.
Request you to please help me out in this case.
