I want to register complaint against a candidate who taken money to do work fast (Within a week), not it has been completed around 50 days.
He didn't do work and not returning my money also.
Cheque given by him is bounced.
Now he blocked my number, so please take some action regarding him.

On last october one lady called me ( priya) called and informed that your credit card bonus are lapsed this month.We will transfer the amount to your bank account and instead of credit they debit 8500 to me and inform that with in 15days you will refund .Till now amount not refunded.Please help to getting money back.phone no[protected], [protected]
