Sir, I bought Salora Arya Z2 in september 2014 after 4 months its battery turns fatty with no backup...since january Iam trying to Salora service Centre and its customere care number, hardly they pick the phone and asking me to wait for the battery...finally 2day i called numerous time and so many time they cut the phone after recieving without talking...Kindly help me i was uanble to use my phone at utmost needed situation...thnx.....

SALORA is distributor of samsung pleomax CFL Light Bulbs
They were giving one year replacement warranty for their product
but now it seems company is cloing down this business
they have not recruited their regional manager and area sales manager from past five months
moreover they are not replacing the defective good as promised whereby conumers are cheated for their hard earn money
Someone should do something...
