I had paid a total amount of 15 lakh rupees by cheque to Santhimadom Builders and Developers in November and December 2010. After the initial dealing and other issues, I decided to withdraw from the scheme in December 2010 itself and informed the chairman of Santhimadom Builders and Developers, Dr. Radhakrishnan. I invested with Santhimadom builders for the 55 lakh villa (full payment made) and it is more than 4 years now that they have not delivered the villa. This is contrary to the agreement I had signed with them. At the time of sale of the villa, we were assured of monthly rental from the date the full payment is made which they have not complied with. They paid me for one year (during the one year, their cheques bounced many times)...

In the month of January 2011, Santhimadom Builders from Kerala had kept a property exhibition at Pune (Maharashtra), whom we had visited and with the interest of all at home, we had given them an amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00 towards the booking charges, on a condition that if we dont like the venue or the property they will refund us the entire money back the same day itself.

In the year 2007, I booked a VIP Room (furnished with AC) Kotapady, Guruvayoor Project promoted by Santhimadom Builders, N. Parur, Ernakulam District, Kerala State.
