FRAUD AND POOR SERVICE FROM DEALER

I MK ANAND KUMAR OF Nashik purchased a Santro Xing car from M/s Carwala No.12 Jamin Apartment, Opp Tirupati petrol Pump, Near Fame Theater, nashik - 422 006, tel[protected]/[protected] on 09 Jan 2011. I later Found that the dealer has tampered with the KM Reading. the dealer has also refused to carry out the warranty repairs Of the Clutch assembly. The dealer is not attending to any of my Complaints and also has charged huge sum of money...

OVER HEATING

MY CAR NO MH31 BB4660 WAS GETTING OVERHEATED OCCASIONALY SAY ONCE IN 15/20 DAYS AND THIS PROBLEM WAS BROUGHT TO NOTICE OF YOUR DEALER M/S NAGPUR HYUNDAI. THEY HAD CONFIRMED HAVIND REPAIRED DURIND THE SERVICE BUT SUBSEQUENTLY THE PROBLEM EXISTED AND WAS AGAIN (2ND)GIVEN FOR REPAIR ALONG WITH AC PROBLEM .HOWEVER THE AC PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED BUT NOT THE OVERHEATING AND THE STARTING/RUNNING PROBLEM.AGAING (3RD TIME) WE HAVE GIVEN THE VECHILE...

Bad Service By Hyundai motors

Dear Hyundai

After so many reminders given to you but no +ve response from your side. Some of Members are Related to Hyundai staff i.e NIMBUS MOTORS, NOIDA Sec-5 is showing how we are giving the best services to the customer example are as below trailing mail.

Refund of Booking Amount

I had booked Santro Xing with a token amount of Rs 1100/- on 23.09.08 with Santro Dealer & received assurance that if your plan changes you will definetly get your money refund

And at that time only my plan changed & I dont want to purchase any car but now dealer is not agreeing to refund my booking amount, as per my last talk he is saying that 1000/- will be deduction as processing fee, which I feel is unfair &...

Premature clutch problem

My Car is a brand new Santro Xing. I have just completed 2nd free service and the third free service is due. I am experienced driver of my CAR. No one drives my car except me. My average use per day is 20 kms. I have used other Car for more than 4 years. It was a surprice for me that the clutch had failed at 4500 kms. Service centre say that it could be because of my driving style which I am unable to accept.

Poor Service Quality

dear all

do not buy Hyundai products. there service is very very poor. even the head office and regional office seems to by bribed to keep mum after receiving complaints.

Veh no PB 02 AN 2526
Engine mising problem not solved, workshop people broke main wind sheild.

Brake Shoe

I purchased Santro Xing from MGF Hyundai, Reg No. DL2CAD 4644 in May 2006.
I got it regulary serviced from MGF okhla. After doing the service a month back, which includes Brake Shoe cleaning, Wheel Alignment etc. also, I suddenly came to know now that brake shoe needs to be replaced.
I am surprised by this all of a sudden damage inspite of regular check-up. Since it is not an electronic part, it cannot undergo failure suddenly....
