Steve thokchom run the solar project and few centers worked for him. Surprisingly, teams worked hard but at the time of payment. He started making excuses. Teams still gave him bod on first week and worked for other weeks as well. However, his strategy was to change the process rules and conditions just to avoid payment of the qualified leads generated by centers.
