Hi Iam sanjot.
I worked for sds solution in june 2018 through online job portal. I gave them the work and they did not accepted it and said i had to pay them penalty of Rs.7580. I had paid them that amount and they said that now i no longer owe them any money. (Attached the screen shot below).
4 years later on June 13, 2022 they contacted me and said i have breached my contract and i owe them 1 lakh 25 thousand and i have to...

They are treatening me to sue in the court for no cause.
this company is total road they don't ask me for money when I join and later they ask when I reject t do
they are harassing me for sue in court
please help me...

Myself Vishnu m took online form filling job from SDS solution in 2018. And due to failure in QC, they ask me too pay 7100. I paid and noc issued stating the no further dues. But today the called again and asking to pay 32500 otherwise will lodge a complaint. I paid that too..

But they again asking for 55000. How can already Noc issued case is still pending for amount.

Th they are threatening to pay otherwise...

I got call in june 2018 from someone asking for online form filling and ask to sign online agreement failing to fill form i have to pay 4900. When i submitted forms it showed many error in qc but i was sure it is deliberately done because in some forms i noticed it wasn't what i have filled.
After failed in qc their lawyer called and mailed asking money otherwise threatened for money which was 5600 higher then was in agreement after...

I had working with sds solutions company for online form filling, which according to them i couldn't complete, which was a fraud actually i paid them 5 thousand against it and they said its settled. Now again they are calling and saying pay 21000 or they will start a legal proceedings in delhi high court.

Sds solution is a fraud company. They ask me to fill 1500 forms but I found there company indulge in fraudulent activities. They don't have there genuine website. They don't mention about registration or cancellation charges anywhere. And now they demanding money. Many persons are there who suffers due to there fraudulent activities. And the person who calls me, his number does not exist now....

This sds solution called me on 26 june and tell me to do typing work of 1500 pages. Ive done that anyhow and submitted it in time. They send me your so called qc report is failed.
