I had got a call from this company and i wanted to earn some money and i thought this is a good chance but i took sometime. They called me daily that if i dont take a decision they will offer this job to someone else so i took up the job and signed the agreement and completed the job within 10 days and i even rechecked the forms before the final submission to make sure that my work was accurate. Then i found out that my quality check report got failed which was shocking. Then i saw for reviews on this company and got to know that it is a fake company. Now their legal team have sent me a legal notice that i have to pay 7400/- (Utility charges and legal notice charges) or else they will file a complaint and if i dont pay then i have to pay 50000/-.

Have anybody faced the same problem? Have anybody faced any legal consequences? Kindly suggest what should be done.

Updated by Lalit ranjna I got a call from SDS solution. They talk to me for returning our complaints from consumer complaint website. They said to solve the all cases from your and you have to settle all these things.

Hey ...m facing the same problm...nd m so depressed...plz help me to over out this problm...they calling me nd msging me to come their nd fight the case...or submit the amount...they increase their amount day by day...plz let meknow what should i do?

Launch a police case. They are a fake company. They cannot take legal action against you. It is there way of threatening innocent people. Just ignore them or go to the police.

Hey I am also facing the same problem they call me every day and msging me to pay money otherwise I will submit the case and you have to pay the penalty charges. Please help me what should I do ?
