I want refund......

I have order a product and I received a fraud product I have order a 8 pad bra and panty set but I received bad and cheif 3 bars . It was not according to show in the image...

I have ordered a combo pack of 6 pairs lingerie for rs 599 on 14 th April, 2022.I got the product 19 th April via ekart service and gave the money to delivery boy.After that I opened the product and it was very poor quality like roomwiper.so i started return process...

Wrong size. Fake product, no return policy accepted which they have promised they will return product in 15 days...

I ordered from the website after watching an ad on YouTube. The parcel arrived but the product I ordered was not there it spouse to be 6 items there but there were only three in that and they were not what I ordered . Now they are not picking up the phone ....
