Shadesshines — Received wrong product but has no facility to return and refund.
I have ordered a combo pack of 6 pairs lingerie for rs 599 on 14 th April, 2022.I got the product 19 th April via ekart service and gave the money to delivery boy.After that I opened the product and it was very poor quality like roomwiper.so i started return process in the site, but the phone no provided in the site is fake and switched off.then i search in chrome for company customer care no and got a number.then I called the no and opposite in the phone there a man trying to processing of my refund.but it was a very big scandal or scam.the man told me to install anydesk app and alpemix app and when I strt to install the app shows that a remote party can access to my phone's all data including bank account also.the no for the customer care which I got from chrome was [protected].so pls check the no and check the company or website.thanking you.
