I am aayush i am filing this complaien because institute did not cancel my course i enroled 26 july 2022 and my first clasee taken 6 aug 2022 i dont understand lecture i raise query on portal they change my couse and new batch start from 19 sep which is far 1.5 month i said i want to cancel my course and exit from course they said we can cancel because refund time is 7 days only i said them i take my first classe after 10 days how yoiu can...

This is regarding the misrepresentation and misleading information that was used to sell me a course package because of which i have lost rs. 37, 948 plus one years income.
On 20/04/2017 i purchase a master's in data science course from simplilearn.com over the phone. Before i made the purchase i had detailed conversation with
Their representative who assured me that the course doesn't need any it knowledge and the no programming...

Simplilearn.com not provided complete details at the time of accessing a course.
Now they have charged 5600 amount without any information like mail or sms. When i called their customare care put my phone on hold. i submitted a complain by mail and they didn't reply for more than 48 hours their time limit. I need my money back....
