Its regarding medicine sizodon ls which has been given by pharmacist of different batch numbers which are not indicated on the bill given.
D.L No. 179/20/21/GZB/2011 . Batch no. printed on medicines are CGK0147, CGL0043, CGL0025. My bill no. is 05744.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible....

I want to say that i have bought some medicines for my mother on 27/10/2012 from Jeevni medicose shop no. 29 , GF, Shipra Riviera Tower Gyan Khand III , Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (U.P) . I have bought 30 pcs Sizodon L.S which have different batch numbers and they have mentioned a different batch no.on bill.Therefore indicating a illegitimate medicine.
