We went for Sleek an outlet at Andheri, for upgrading our present kitchen interior (which was purchased also from Sleek about 15 years back). For this upgrade, we got completely upset for many reasons and major areas of our concerns are:
a) Delay and faulty delivery causing further delay (total time taken more than 2 months after paying 100% amount).
b) Quality issues within month of installation. Latches defective, drawers...

We went through sleek as our interior project was through BHS. And they get the kitchen done by Sleek. They were not transparent in terms of material to be used for carcass backside and always said that carcass would be in ply. However when it was delivered after multiple delays the material was backlite in the back. Also there were some other discrepancies example we had requested for the tall unit to be in play completely however they used...

I'm from Anand, Gujarat. In June, I'd approached local dealer of Sleek Kitchens, Mr. Siddharth Patel, for installation of Modular Kitchen at one of my sites. Ms. Krutika Jadhav had taken things forward, and Mohit Sharma, Area incharge and Mr. Patel, State head had visited the site a couple of times.

Pathetic service and work they only demand for due clearance, no queries are being resolved and even charged for the services not given. Moreover a lot of material lying as a waste....

From Day one there was some problem in center big main burner.
Installation man told it will clear automatically when we use it.

Sleek Kitchen is the worst modular kitchen company I have dealt with. Do not get fooled by their glossy and professional looking website and brochures. They do not deliver what they promise. Sleek Kitchen have the worst after sales and services. I would suggest anyone planning to go for a Sleek kitchen to please reconsider. Once the deal is done, there is a complete change in their attitude.
