Sir i am retired sgt (Acp) b gokul chandar unit 38wg af bakshi ka talab lucknow. Retirement date is 30 apr 2020. I have applied for canteen card in the month of feb 2020 from 38 wg af canteen. We have applied for separate grocery and liquor card on 16/03/2018, since then
My old card is not active, validity of old card is up to october 2018. I have not received my new card yet.,
Because of which i am unable to utilize canteen (Csd) privileges, kindly activate my old card until i get my new card.

I have applied for ex serviceman smart card through command hospital (Wc) csd canteen vide application no 1219046 dated 10 feb 2018 along with requisite fee till date no sms has been received regarding receipt of application and issue of cards. I was told by canteen representative that it takes about four weeks to get the cards.
