I would like to share my bad experience with sri lakshmi builders which is assumed as a reputed builer at Horamavu. I booked a flat in Sri lakshmi builders in Bangalore, Then during the prelaunch offer. During the first discussion, I repeatly asked them to submit me the floor plan with dimensions but they did not arrange for the same and informef that sellable area is 1125 sq feet and the loading is 28%. On trust, I moved forward. Later on...
