I would like to share my bad experience with sri lakshmi builders which is assumed as a reputed builer at Horamavu. I booked a flat in Sri lakshmi builders in Bangalore, Then during the prelaunch offer. During the first discussion, I repeatly asked them to submit me the floor plan with dimensions but they did not arrange for the same and informef that sellable area is 1125 sq feet and the loading is 28%. On trust, I moved forward. Later on during submission of next installment of 10%, when I asked for the floor plan, they informed me that the carpet area is 750 sq feet which makes the loading around 34%. Also, they informed me that the car parking is not included in the plan and for that I have to pay Rs. 360,000 in cash that is also alongwith first installment. When I requested them to withdraw my booking as M/S Sri lakshmi builders has presented false facts and data during the booking stage, they simply refused by saying that the same is not applicable as per terms and policy. My question is simple that whether the policy of reputed goroup like Lodha is to capture the customer by showing the false facts and hiding the vital information. With this review, I would like to warn all concerned who are planning to buy a flat at Sri lakshmi builders. Was this information helpful? |
