My car no TN 87A 9381 . I have received SMS at[protected], 04:18 pm, that deducted ₹50 from Fastag of car no TN 87 A 9381 for passed through Sriperumbudur toll plaza at[protected], 03:08:00 am . Car was in home at the same time . How can deduction toll fee without passed vehicle....

Hello!! We have recharged the fast tag card already but the man who was present in the counter said, "there is no balance in the fast tag" and he has charged a price of 55₹ we gave as cash in hand in nemili sriperumbudur but we have already recharged in the fast tag. It has to be justified and this is so disappointing. Please we want the concerned person to look after this and the refund of cash amount of ₹55 which we has been debited....
