We had purchased Stone tiles their showroom. At the time of purchase, we were told that the supplied tiles will be exactly like shown in the display in showroom, However, when we received the delivery, the product was completely different. We refused to accept the delivery and called them to exchange the product but they refused saying that the difference is because of difference in stone baking temperature and soil mixture. These people are day time theives, They take money from you - and thats all they do. They dont deliver the products, they dont communicate. Go for any other shop in Bangalore even other shops charge a little more (actually, in Stonarts - they charge you more for nothing), bcs if you go to other merchants - atleast they deliver the products but these guys eat your money and cheat you....

They have good quality displays but beware. Your materials will be delayed, and their "delivery manager" will not respond to your phonecalls. They claim your order will be ready in 4-6 weeks (up to 8 weeks for high-value orders), but my relatively small order is not ready yet, going on 7th week.

I say go with some of the other guys (Kajaria gallery near Forum Mall is highly recommended!) who are more responsive and...
