I have purchased recharge voucher for amount 2400 for two account. I did recharge for 2 months, but from 3rd months onwards recharge didn't went through. Now the website itself is down. Tried sending mail but it says mail doesn't exist....

I want to complaining for me and on the behalf of many customers . This company is giving believe to their customers that giving recharges for 1 year in less amount ₹1250 for mobile recharges and ₹1600 for dth recharges with the condition is after every month need to login and renew their plan for 1 month and so on till 12th month. the actuall cost of this recharges are high as like for mobile recharges[protected]...
