I received a wrong saree other than one which I ordered. This is a cheap looking saree and I wanted to return it. I sent several mails and messages and these people never bothered to guide me how to return the wrong saree which they sent.

Sukhda fab is a fraud company that gives cheap and low grade items. It does not even have customer care services. Items do not match the description and provides no option of returning items back.

We have ordered by sukhda fab of 2 sarees upto Rs. 3200/- COD by Blue Dart. but i recieved wrong parcel as per selected online.
Contact no of them [protected].
they have not responding our calls & massages.
we ordered by 15/05/2022 its delivered by 19/05/2022.
i want my money back % return the parcel.

This platform displays all good looking kanchivaram sarees and they deliver cheap quality products… customer service hyperlink in the portal does not work at all because they have no such services. Emailing for return request is just waste of time because nobody would answer that, once your money is gone, it’s gone forever……. You just stuck with bad quality product that cannot be put to any use…. My product ID SKD7994

The product that I have received is completely different from what is shown on their website. Material is pathetic.. Looks so cheap.. It's not even worth Rs.100.. They have described the material as Kancheevaram but it is the worst material that I have ever come across.. They don't receive the calls or reply to the messages sent on their WhatsApp number.. It's a fraud company..

Paid 1599 for a saree and what they sent was a 250-300 rupees cheap rated saree

What i ordered and what I got.

Fraud company. They deliver cheap products by showing different pics. Dont fall into this trap. They wont reply you back once you paid the amount.

Very worst products not worth buying.. Company has no customer service.. Fake products delivered and no return available don't buy this products a big fraud

I have ordered purple coloured paithani silk saree with blouse of rs1500/- and received cheap quality saree worth rs 300/- only. I want to return this saree but vendor is not answering my calls and replying on whatsApp. I have sent my product order screenshot and received product vary.

Base on these complaints, this company is cheating many customers since long time.

Please arrest this owner and everyone who are involved from product manufacture to delivery.

One day this company owner will die very badly.

These web site is cheating people, all the review on web site is fake review, they will send u cheap 100 rs sarees for that u have to pay 1499, the number u place ur order will revert u for adress but later on no revert, these is complete fraud,

Sukhda fab websites selling 50rupees very very low quality saree for 1600 rupee, they cannot refund, they cannot respond for complaints

Ordered a saree for 1500 butDelivered 150 worth saree no response for refund or replacement

I received the 2 saree date[protected] the material was very cheep sarees quality is very bad I continue what's app massage but no response from sukhda Feb i lost 3400 rs.fraud company

Worst shopping experience I have ever had. No refund no response. They really drag their feet when making a refund (on cheap-looking, badly-made clothes) and go to great lengths to make it difficult for you to return items. Borderline scam.FIFTH E-mail regarding the return. Still no response at all from the customer service. Fraud Website.

Fraud people l lost 1499

Ordered 3 sarees, they delivered, of which only one is right, rest two are cheap stuff of their choice.
Want to return, mailing them of no use, tried calling, not going through all in vain!!
Unfortunately had paid the full amount too, they are cheaters!!
Never ever fall for their sarees!!

This website shows high quality saree pictures and sends a cheap 100rs saree in place of 1500rs given by customer. All payments are by cash on delivery. They have printed a return or refund policy reading which I had ordered so that I can return if its not proper. But they don't reply to emails, whatsapp chat or call. As I see many people have fallen prey to this scam website and multiple complaints, about 80, are there on this website. Please take an immediate action and ban this website to do the least so that people don't loose their hard earned money.

I have ordered a silk saree online from Sukhda Fab. The saree was not of silk material, color was different, quality was low.

The delivery boy said, the saree cannot be returned on delivery day itself and asked to return after 1/2 days.

Now, Sukhda Fab is not receiving the call. They are not replying to mails. They are online on Whatsapp but still not replying.

I have paid a sum of 1499/- for this saree. The point is not just of Rs 1499/-. They are cheating so many people by this scam everyday. Request everyone to be safe from Sukhda Fab and the regulatory authority should take proper action against just fraudsters

Giving worse product quality.

I have ordered 2 saree from the website and they delivered me totally different product with very low quality

Saree is not like the original product. Color, product quality doesn't even match the description given and they are not answering for refund emails, whatsapp and calls.

Daily I am trying to call your telephone no. but no body is responding to that no.

There is no response to my mail till date.
Please go through my mail conversation which is mentioned below and give me the feed back as early as possible.

Today I received saree from sukhda fab in the morning but i was not available at that time in my place and the courier person handed over the parcel to our watchmen and left.

I came around 6 30 in the evening from office hours and checked the courier from inside the combination and the colour of the saree which I received is not the same. Its totally different. Thats the reason I want to return the courier.

I have attached the pics which I received and real picture which I have selected of my choice of saree.

Please let me know the procedure for refund.

I ordered saree SK170 Code Kanchipuram silk saree with pink and grey combination but I got green color and cheap quality material green color saree

I had ordered SKD70128 Energetic Green Colored Soft Silk Weaving Saree With Blouse - TF12 on 18.04.2022 and got my order delivered on 23.04.2022. On opening the parcel I was highly disappointed as the material color, quality different from what was shown on website.

My wife ordered a saree worth Rs 1500 they delivered low quality used saree and when she went to refund option it's not useful.
Request to take this matter and scrutinize the site.

We have ordered saree from you and we have received incorrect order you are not at all replying on WhatsApp and this should be replaced with correct order on immediate basis

I have purchased 2 sarees . They not up to the Mark which shown in online.they are very cheep sarees & quality is very bad. price of the sarees is also matching. I am requesting to return sarees and get back my money to me.

At 20 April we received the saree. Order no. SKD68828. But I receive different saree, so I need a return and refund. But they are not answering.
