My car TN07CM4204 (CLA Model) is taken for bodyshop on 11th August 2021 with a promise that it will be delivered back on 13th August 2021. Till this minute i do not have any status report from the company and I do not know when the car will be delivered back. The message sent on whatsup to the executive is not answered....

I visited Sundaram motors (secunderabad) three weeks back to get the bumper fixed for my Honda City. It was a very small job of fixing the missing screws of the bumper.

I was made to drive my car all around the workshop all by myself. After an hour of confusion, I was told to wait for 2 more hrs for such a small job. As I was getting late, I rejected the offer and requested to provide me the gate pass. No one cared to attend...
