Suvidha Educational Academy based at Vikas Puri and Janak Puri offer pathetic customer service.

I used the application form submission service and paid full Rs. 200 for the service. Given no receipt but promised submission of form within a couple of days and confirmation once the same is done. Had to visit the shops 3 times to get a confirmation on the form submission as no was willing to pick the landline phone at the shops...

on one hand anna hazare is fighting against corruption, on the other agents are flourishing like anything. I submitted two forms of ip university through suvidha education academy, shop no 10, bb block dda market, janak puri, new delhi 110058 on 26.03.2011 vide receipt no 130 and 131 dated 26.03.2011. till date i have got no confirmation of my forms submitted online though i had to shell out rs. 300/- extra for each form. since the day...
