I have brought a tv of tcl (Ifalcon) from filipkart on 29th aug 19, which is having display problem i have raised complaint to company on 19th june, 20 within warranty time but i am not at all getting response from them for repair i have called customer care more then 10 time wrote on facebook and twitter more then 10 time called service engeenior more then 5 time but there is no output seen yet even they have blocked all chanals so i can not connect them

Now this TV is no longer running. This TV is not ready, no one is ready to take any calls, no one is ready to talk nor I am worried.

      Please can you explain why my tv, boxed and direct from your factory has already been linked to the google home account of vasil-basilio kovaliv a ukrainian name (?). I am unable to remove this account. Do you have a security breach in your supply chain? Hackers? How do i remove this?

        I purchased three tcl 65 inch tvs on black friday 2019 from walmart one of the tvs have already went out on me and has a completely black screen which only play sound i contacted the support hotline and they told me they cannot do nothing even though i have not even had the tv for a year yet besan i do not have the receipt any longer because i just moved i would not recommend this tv to anyone because they do not cover their products and they do not take care of their customers

          I purchased a tcl led 55 p-8 on 23.03.2020, but not work after one day. I lodge complaint to their toll free no.[protected] on dated 24.03.2020 and they give me job id in[protected], but next day they closed this complaint as shown "we have tried to calling you on regd no. [protected] but now connected. Hence cancelled." while they never connect to me. I again dial to that no. They told me that this is lock down period hence cancelled. They lodged again my complaint on 30th march 2020 vide job id in[protected]. Same fate is lasted as above. I lodged 3 time on dated9th april 2020 vide job no. In[protected] on 16th april 4 time lodged vide job no. In[protected] but it is very regretted that they 4time cancelled my complaint.
          Is it their services.
          Very shamefull
          However it is lockdown period is running, but they dont want to cancel the complaint, should be shown pending.
          I harassed very much. I think they chit me.

            Raise an 1st complaint on 13 feb 2020 but still there is no resolution.

            Issue coming can understand, it might be due to any issue.

            But they are unable to resolve the issue after 2 -3 visit is not acceptable.

            Need urgent resolution into it

              I bought a 55-inch google certified android tv from sub-brand of tcl (Iffalcon).
              I also bought 5 tvs from my flipkart account and 3 tvs from my friend's accounts.

              While installation it took 25 days to install my tv and after 5 months there is no video on tv, only we are able to listen to the audio. I am getting shocked and called the tcl customer care and they immediately responded. Since the tv is in the warranty period (1 year), the service technician who inspected my tv reported as display failure and he said we could replace it within a week. Time has gone... It's now 3 months and going on... There is no response from them.

              Whenever i am calling customer care, they keep saying "there is no stock. Once we get, we will replace it" repeatedly.

              I have recorded all those complaints calls for future reference. When i will get my tv display replaced...???

              Actually what is the problem here is my tv is running out of warranty (Just 3 months remaining if they replaced by today). I have asked to extend the warranty period until i am waiting, but they said we didn't extend the warranty.

              If they provide the tv on last month of my warranty period and if the tv gets repaired. They are not responsible for the event and they didn't take care. This is what they are going to do, i suspect.

              Hereafter i started suggesting vu and mi. They are really doing good in terms of service especially vu.

              Kindly don't go for iffalcon. It's your own risk to taste it.

                Hi i have been raising a complaint in tcl from the month of october 2019 but u ppl have kept cancelling my complaint without solving the issue stating the customer isnt responding which is rubbish. When i have a complaint y will i not answer the calls.
                Secondly i am really frustrated with the staff in the customer care centre as no one has the answer to solve my issues.. They kept me on hold for about nearly 1 hr each time when ever i have called up asking me to wait on the line and then they forget about it and one special case is about mr brij. He has kept my call on hold and had gone for a tea break (Got to know this when i called up from another number the same time) and till date i havent been able to get him online as he is never available...
                And the best part is that the zonal head of tcl of telangana is also making us fools (By just not replying to my calls and if by mistake he picks up the calls which is one out of 50 times) gives me all silly explanations n reasons regarding my issue..

                The basic point is none of the staff in tcl has any sense of responsibility towards the customer...

                It is my mistake that i have purchased a television with 1 lakh rupees from this fraud company..

                I just want my issue to b solved as soon as possible and a strict action to b taken against the two peoples name mentioned for not fooling other customers in future

                It has become a daily work of mine to spend nearly and hr of my time in just speaking to tcl customer care and calling mr gurdeep

                One more interesting fact u need to know about is ur service center person of hyderabad my chary says mam u can do whatever u want to.. When i said i will raise a police complaint against the zonal head and tcl company. For just mentally harassing and answering the calls and testing the patience of the customer.

                We buy a tcl television 43 inches 4k ud we buy television last before 3 days but yet now the installation is not done by technician
                Sir, i also had the same experience as your, i bought a 49" inch smart tv which stopped working after 2-3 months . I contacted the customer care 30 times to get the issue resolved but no results. After 4 months my issue got resolved but 2 months after thus again my Television stopped working. Its been again 40 days since i had raised complaint but no results.

                I suggest you to proceed it legally n raise this concern under Indian National consumer forum.

                Please share the registered address of TCL India. Where i can send the legal notice of the same.
                There is a line on the screen I'm viewing the line on the top of the screen I was unable to view the movies

                  This tv is pure trash. I got the tv a few months ago and it just started saying eco mode. Never did anything but cut the tv on and off. I called a few times to the customer service and they hung up on me amplenty of times. I was real nice and pleasant but they still hung up because they didn’t know how to fix the issue. I provided my number and nobody called me back. I will not ever buy another one of these cheap tvs

                    I have purchased a 65" led smart tv of tcl brand through amazon whose manufacturer warranty is for 18 months. Within 20 days of purchase we show that the panel of the tv is damaged for which we raised a complain on 13/11/2019 wide complain no in[protected] and the service engineer of the brand confirmed the same that panel is damaged on 15/11/2019. After confirmation from service engineer tcl themselves raised a new complain vide complain no in[protected] dated 16/11/2019 and they where supposed to repair it within 7 days but till today it is not been repaired nor they are giving service denial letter.

After three months tv is automatically off and do not turn on i am compalined to the company that doesn't give any response. That company fraud to me.                         I purchased the tcl 65 4k uitra smart tv through amazon.in order 404 —[protected] dated 28 10 2018. I received the tv vide invoice shyb — 107654 tg-shyb[protected]dated 1-10 2018. Even within six months the motherboard was damaged. After my complaint no in[protected]. And after pursuing the mother board was replaced with another brand iffalcon. Again on complaint the software was changed back to tcl. After few days we find the tv restarting after shut down with remote at irregular intervals without our intervention. The complaint was booked with no[protected]. As nothing happened on 13 th again complained and a no in[protected] was given.. The tv is covered by warranty and why malfunctioning is not rectified so far is not expressing sorr

Till date i have not got any update and call from the service team on this installation hence i have sent mail to amazon as well your service partner vcare but no one is not ready to take owner ship on this and now i feel bad on purchase that tcl product. Which kind of service your partner is giving to your customer...

                                I have bought a tcl 4k uhd led tv. But it gave too much dissapointment. 1 month ago tv's screen got fully white and i have launched a complaint to the tcl customer service and the technician visited 3 times and clic photo of the internal part. Its seems to be 1 month almost their is no resolution of this issue. And the technician said that call the customer support again. And i have called again they have said wait for a week again. I want to know what kind of service you are providing to your customer base. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because this make me feel disappointment.                                 I am also facing the same issue and my complaint in not resolved since 3 months.

                                  This is Vidya Bangera.
                                  I bought a TV through Vijay sales Borivali on June 18th 2018.
                                  I have a 55 inches TCL 4K television, which stopped working on 17th August 2019, Complaint registered on 18th August 2019 with TCL service centre.
                                  Goregaon TCL service centre is handling the complaint.
                                  i was told power board is not available as this model is discontinued.
                                  i was told a new TV would be replaced if the power board can not be arranged.
                                  A person named Durgesh Kumar from goregaon east branch near Jai prakash nagar has promised to resolve the complaint everytime we call him.however he forgets and does not remember any of the complaint filed by us, everytime i have to explain him from the start, all he does is, asks for 4 days time and never returns back. when asked for a phone number of his boss or a senior authority, he never gives it. always mentions he is at public place cant give out any information. HE gave his employee id as 5508.
                                  Today when called again, he does not remember the complaint. when summarised again, he asked for another 2 days more to check. we called the customer care too, no body has any update . i have had the worst experience with TCL.
                                  I have all the recoreded converstion to submit as a proof to go against the TCL after purchase service centre.
                                  they promise 3 years warranty, my TV is not even a year old and this is the response i am getting from TCL service centre.
                                  this Guy Durgesh Kumar has made me lose my patience and made me regret of my decision to buy a TCL product.
                                  i will also be filling a police complaint against this man for making me go through this again and again.
                                  10 times i have to repeat about my problems, still no resolution.i will complaint about TCL service centre in goregaon, to the highest authority possible.i will share this experience with social media, and even press.
                                  TCL being a brand makes their customer go through all this nuisance due to illiterate people handling after sales service.

                                    I bought tcl 40 inch led tv. Within a month both the remote and sensor started to malfunction and literally stopped working. Hdmi connection is really poor in displaying due to its fps. Too much of flickering and sound disconnection. I believe that this company & tv isn't really worth to spend our valuable money. If you are buying tcl product, that means you're buying disappointment & dissatisfaction. Just marketing alone won't make a product or company successful.

                                      Next day engineer come n fault in panel they tell me i replace our panel
                                      This is pack pc problem why i repair i want to exchange new pc they telling sorry i cant replace you talk customer service i cant help u

So many times called cus care and executive visited our place, said backlight issue, said will replace the tv.. But not done till now. Called executive mr. Kumar and mr. Durai service manager... Complaint given on may month. Spoke to mr. Durai (Rm) tcl mgr.. But no proper response till now. Both says request got accepted will replace the tv.. But don't know when it comes... Same response for 4 months... Waste customer care.. If we call them to complaint they will put conference to the same executive... Same answer will come.. He will say will replace but don't know the time.. Same answer... Please help me to get the issue resolved or for refund... Thanks...

                                          I bought a tv a year ago.. Which stopped working. It has a 3 year warranty. I have filed the complaint on 31st july 2019. One of the tcl technician has checked the tv and he concluded as it is the issue with tv panel and he said, we will get back to you within one week to resolve the panel issue. On 19th august again i called tcl customer care and asked about it then they are replying like we escalated the issue to higher authorities but there is no response, now again we are escalating the issue. Technician who visited first time not answering my call. Recently i have seen so many complaints like this with the tcl products and losing the hope on the company. I payed 25k for the tv.. How can i simply loss it? I'm from middle class family so 25k is not a small amount for me. So kindly help me in resolving the issue or help me to provide the replacement/refund from the company.

                                          Today is August 26th 2019, still my TV issue not yet resolved.When I call to TCL customer care they are telling stories and every time they are extending wait time to resolve the issue. TCL not taking care about existing customers.They are concentrating only on new sales.Please help me in providing the solution from the company.

                                            I bought a TV a year ago.. which stopped working. Luckily it has a 3 year warranty. I filed the complaint at 20th July I was told that they don't have the part available.. it took them 10 days to send the guy with the part (motherboard) which they thought was the faulty one, but it wasn't. So they said it's power supply issue they said the technician will come today 5th August but no-one showed up the customer service keep telling me that their technician will come within an hour or so, the whole day passed but no-one came. It's been 16 days since we Complaint. Now We're tired of showing patience.

                                            It's the day 22 and it still hasn't been resolved. I don't understand why and how its marked as resolved. The took the with TV on last Friday 9th promising it'll be delivered on Saturday anyhow.. and now today he says it'll take more days.. its ###.. post purchase service is just a bunch of lying people.

                                                Hi, i purchased tcl tv - l49d2900 from amazon which comes with 18 month warranty. It stopped working after 16 months and i have been complaining to the customer care. It is been more than 45 days now and yet there is no proper resolution. Only once the service center guys visited and said they will order the part and come back. When i called back they say we need to follow-up with customer care. When i call customer care they say will check with service center and get back to me. However i have not received any call from them, though i'm calling them every day for more than 1 month. I have missed watching the entire cricket world cup in the big screen. Please help me register this complaint and take severe action on the tcl owners. I have all the evidences of calling them many times along with recordings. Given below the complaint number and the date.

Electrician once came at the location and told that the software is outdated and there is no way this can be corrected, is this the way things should work? Since then i m trying to complaint.                                                     I bought the TV on March. Only three months my TV started giving sound like ticking but very loud. And this is June on 7th the TV completely stopped working. I raised a complaint. They said a technician will arrive. After 4 days making the complaint, a guy came and said mother board had fault. Need to be replaced. Now it is 18th of June. For 11 Days what these service center is doing I'm not sure. But I really hate this TV. I'm feeling so bad that because of this product. O wasted my money on investing a piece of garbage. Still haven't received any call from the technician or a reply mail from TCL India support.

                                                      We had purchased a tcl tv one year back. We started having issues with the tv, while watching the tv after few hours the display gets offed. We raised complaint more than 2 to 3 times. The service people tried changing the mother board. Again they told it's issue with display panel and told will revert back n 5 days after ordering new display panel. Been twenty days no responds. And it's been two months since we raised complaint.                                                         Sir we have purchesed tcl tv on month of feb 19 and till dated 3 to 4 time complaint registered in call center of tcl tv.
                                                        Now the main problem is on its "tv automatic swtich off some more hour no works".
                                                        Then i am again complaint to lodge on call center but problen continue running.

                                                        So finslly my experience about the tcl tv "bed exp", when saw month of feb 19 to till dated.

                                                        So my humble request to return my purchesed amt or replace tv.

                                                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                                                          This is to bring to your attention, we had purchased the Subject Model # TCL-32R300 TV, from one of the reputed outlet in Mumbai dated, 21/11/18. However it stopped working on Thursday 05/04/19 (Less than 5 Months from date of purchase) and the TV wouldn't turn ON, my mother called the Service Center (Phone # used for complain - [protected]) and she was informed the Technician will come, he came on Saturday (06/04/2019) and my family was informed that there was something faulty which required to be replaced and it would take 10 days to repair it.

                                                          My Concern here are listed below,

                                                          1st - Faulty Product
                                                          2nd - Repair Time Frame not acceptable
                                                          3rd - No Proper Online Support (Email copies attached)
                                                          4th - No Follow-up

                                                          Attached below are Invoice, Warinty Card and Email copy to the service center.

                                                          Looking forward for the TV to be fixed at the earliest and compensation against the overall time taken and mental stress talking to the service center and back and forth emails with no reply.

                                                          Overall a very bad experience with TCL (India)

                                                          Blue Tint is appearing on the bottom of the tv screen. TV was purchased very recently on September 2018. The blue Tint started appear after the 3months after the purchase of the television.

                                                            My panel has been damaged and i've requested for repair. Tcl is service engineer and customer service are miss-communicating and not fixing the problem.

                                                            Service engineer : my tv (2years purchased on aug 2016) is old and panel is not available.

                                                            Customer service: we have placed the order for your panel.

                                                            Atleast i have made around 15 calls and written 5 emails. They have just wasted my time.
