I have logged a complaint on 21st Feb 2022 (IN[protected] of my TCL 40D2930 Television. The technician has visited and diagnosis a issue in my board and this would cost me Rs.3, 000 as the TV is out of warranty. I have agreed. After 3 days he came again but with a wrong board. He told told me that he would came again after 2 days, but he never came again. I have called service center (MB : [protected]) and I have been told that board will come in 2 to 3 days. When I called him he is giving me same answer. After several calls now he is not receiving my calls. I have been told to logged a fresh complaint, Which I did.(Case ID IN[protected] but all is vain. My complaint get cancelled automatically. I called customer care where the person told me that his senior will call me but no body has call me till now. Feeling helpless...
