TCL air conditioner Complaints & Reviews

We purchased 1.5tonne split airconditioner of TCL from A.G. ENGINEERS, NIT-5, authorised dealer for TCL in Faridabad 2 years back. Before 1week on 6th July we called him for water leakage problem, he send the engineer to fix the problem . Next day the problem was still there and since then we are calling him dail and today he used abusive language on telephone and didnt send the person. I have made a mistake but purchasing a TCL A/C in the year 2007, This month the compressor of the A/C failed the service franchisee visited the palce and confired the same and told he will do the necessary procedure for the repalcement for the same and get it done in 3 to 4 days.
But 10 days has already has passed and i still have not received the compressor,
