[Resolved]  TCL air conditioner — Misbehaviour of the dealer

We purchased 1.5tonne split airconditioner of TCL from A.G. ENGINEERS, NIT-5, authorised dealer for TCL in Faridabad 2 years back. Before 1week on 6th July we called him for water leakage problem, he send the engineer to fix the problem . Next day the problem was still there and since then we are calling him dail and today he used abusive language on telephone and didnt send the person. I asked for the Company telephone number, he said company has been shut down and on insisting he gave me this number[protected]. I tried on this number but call is not getting through.

Iwant TCL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER
I have purchased 1.5 tons split air conditioner from vijaya lakshmi electronics kadapa on 27.2.2007 vide invoice no. 4453 and the sr.no. of the A.C. is[protected] . On 05.09.2009 the above A/C is not functioning and the same was taken to the notice of the dealer. On 14.09.2009 dealer deputed his service person to inspect the A/C and he informed me that the compressor of the A/C was burn out and the same was to be replaced under warranty. So far several times I have approached your dealer to rectify the problem in my A/C and no action was taken by him. In this connection I request you to take immediate action and rectify the problem in A/C under war footing as the same is having five years warranty, other wise the matter will be taken to the proper forum for rectification
