The courier BOE # 10364 dated 07.05.2022 is not reflecting in the IDPMS portal. Our banker's are holding the vendor payment and our Courier company is not supporting. We have sent mails to eccstradehelpdesk and not received any response. How do we do business?

Shipped our consignment via DTDC by 2nd august 2022 E-Con systems, chennai, Docket no: D23750891, still not delivered at destination & status is not updated. I requst to update the status immediately and consignment to be delivered as soon as possible....
