The courier BOE # 10364 dated 07.05.2022 is not reflecting in the IDPMS portal. Our banker's are holding the vendor payment and our Courier company is not supporting. We have sent mails to eccstradehelpdesk and not received any response. How do we do business?
Our vendor is holding our shipments and frustrated. We are losing potential business and this needs to be addressed on priority.
Kindly resolve our issue and confirm.
