I am a make-up artist and I also run a beauty clinic alternately. I purchased Annai bamboo intensive cleanser through onlline credit card payment 15days ago and they promised to deliver it within 7days. I wanted to try one and if it works I wanted to recommened it to my artists by becoming a distributor for the product. Its been 15days and they did not deliver. I tried calling them everyday and one girl attends the call and disconnects immediately the moment I say "Meine 7/8/9/10/11/12/.. din pehle ek order diya tha...". She would not wait even till I complete the question. When I try calling back, the call is attended but is placed on hold/mute I dont understand. Would the product ever be delivered? Any comments? I want to approach consumer court. 2500/- is not the matter for me. But how much money would they have made this way, cheating people, is my point.

Hi, Please don't buy anything through this bull company TELEMALL.I have ordered annai bamboo which i have seen on television with the same spelling but once i received the product the spelling got changed to Anahai Bamboo and then i have looked into the website of Telemall then i came to know that there are three ads and in every ad the spelling is different. Pls look. Then i tried calling the 1800 number many times they were keep on disconnecting my call then fortunately i was able to speak to one of the executive who was very rude and abusive.I called at 11:03 pm and recorded every thing i will going forward to file a complaint against Telemall.Please Please don't buy anything its a fake company.
Please let me know other ways aswell so that we altogether help others and file complaint against this company.Please post your comments.

i have also purchased a item namely magic pen camera which battery was not working as per guide written period which was about ninty min. it take clip of less then 2 min and shutdown. many complaint were carried out to change or replacement but no one feedback.

i have bought a spy cam on january 27th from tele mall cochin(kochi), kerala. there is an offer of a nazar kavaj and a hanuman kavaj. but got only the hanuman kavaj. from that day itself iam calling to the tele mall, kerala for that nazar kavaj. all the day they cheated me by promising me that they will send it soon. two days before i got a call from a call centre staff named krishna from mumbai tele mall. i have told all the details about my product and also about the unavailability of nazar kavaj. she told me that she will do the needs soon. but there is of no use. i[censored]r are doing like this what is the need of this company. is this a company to cheat the customers. the only thing is i want my nazar kavaj. contact me at [protected]. plz dont cheat me.

Complaint is correct, this product Sauna Slim Bele is very much ineffective...I would suggest other customer, please don't go for it. This is rubbish product with high cost.

i hve been using ur sauna belt for 2 years but it is of no use, didnt evn loose 1/2 inch & knw i m using home jogger it iz also of no use. day by day i m puttin on more weight.

I bought a Home Jogger one week back and there is a burning smell comming from inside. Telemall have the worst Call Center i have ever seen. They do not seem to care the customers. I have been asking for a replacement for 5 days now, they dont feel like getting this sorted out.

I have one experience with the sauna belt bought in year 2002. I had just delivered a baby then. I went from 49kg to weigh 68kg after giving birth to my son. The belt didnt help either. I joined gym, and i landed up hurting myself...oops:(
I started with traditional exercises taught by my mom's granny. I started walking 30 mins in the morning and 30 minutes in the night. Another 10 minutes climb up the chair and down again. In two months I was 55 kg.I was still feeding my baby. So definitely i ate more fruits, cut down on oily food.

I never fast. I hate it. I am a vegeterian and i dont eat cheeses and drink milk. I hate the smell.
I used skip my meal and try to eat more fruits and dry fruits that had more fill factor.
Another 8 months i continued this, and increased the amount of time i walked. Now I am 51kg...just fit and great shape... I am 35 years old..

In short... products from company like telemall...etc.. are all waste...I am surprised how can one jog lying down on the floor and lose weight...

We need to get smarter in what we invest...let it me time, money or efforts...

When a company sells a product or advertise it for selling they should be genuine, they promise something else and give the opposite. I had a very bad experience with "DEALS 4 ALL" they CHEATED, that's all I can say. So friends its better to ignore such kind companies who prefer to advertise online. I purchased a Home Jogger on 30/11/08 from M/s Muskan Enterprises, Saltee Plaza, Sector-V, Kolkata- 700102 vide invoice no.1937. Machine went out of order on 30/03/09 and repaired on 01/04/09. It again went out of order on 16/04/09; but this time the above supplier is not co-operating and avoiding to attend the problem despite my repeated request almost everyday. I am terribly upset with their attitude. On first occasion they charged Rs.60/- from me but did not give any receipt. This time also they told they will charge Rs.60/- which I agreed to.

As I am not satisfied with the machine as it has gone out of order twice within 4/5 months of purchase, nor with after-sale services, I would request you to replace the machine. I look forward to your immediate response.

I was also gonna buy this suana belt and butterfly massager since I thought it will help to continue my slimming course at VLCC. but after reading all ur complaints I came to know that its just buying a headache for some thousand ruppees. thanx for all. but there are similar proffessional products working on same principle which are effective but very much expensive.(2-3 lakhs I think) . i fully agree with the complaints. tele mall has got the worst customer care centre. i ordered for a slim sauna belt. they told me that it wud raech me within one week. but it never happened. But now, i can only thank tele mall cutomer care for not sending me the product.

i have purchased your dice slicer is broken in just two month kindly requested that please replace my dice slicer [protected]

I have purchased Dice slicer from telemall.bangalore I have asked demo from the delivery man, but he refused for demo, he said any compliant will be attended by them. that too first compliant at my residence and the first day the small blade did not cut even onions. i have launched complaint. initially thay said thgey will send a different piece, . after two days they are telling they cannot send a another piece, i have got o their place which is 35 km from my residence. this is too much.. telemall should keep their words. i wanted my piece to replaced by them..

telemall is a thug co i have been also cheated by them i bought UNIMAX mobile on 16=06-11 and when i opened the mobile it was used mobile and it was not charging i was assured that it will be replaced on 17-06-11 and i have also called on[protected] times and has done the seniors also didn't to my calls i have been duped of Rs5100/ in one day so i request the clients not deal with tele mall they are no 1 thugs

We brought diso slicer and within 1 month its blades broke after that we complaint on the same telephone no, but they ignore by saying this is not the complaint telephone no. And when we ask the complaint no. Then they just tell don't know and disconnect. Now 1 year happened to this. They are not responding.
