Dear Sir,

I the undersigned was travelling by train from Ghansoli to Mulund. My pass ID: 94VDABT85D had expired on 26/02/2013 and was dutifully caught by Ticket Checker (Receipt no: J12323). Despite paying the fine the ticket checker manhandled me, tore my shirt and was verbally abusive. I have brought the matter to the attention of the Mulund station master who has asked me to file my complaint online.
